Terms and Conditions
Deposit
£600.00 is required for stays over 1 week. This is separate to the rental amount.
Cancellation Policy
Stays 1 week+:
If bookings are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date the full deposit held will be non-refundable. If bookings are cancelled with more than 7 days notice of the arrival date £250.00 will be retained to cover administration costs.
Stays 1-6 days:
A valid credit card is taken at the time of booking to guarantee the room. No deposit required. If bookings are cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date, a maximum of 2 days rental will be charged.
